You know I really only have a few things to say about this.
1. As I was told "In SIM, our ponies can be whatever we want them to be " 2. I know horses in real life and SIM that have more then 6 breeds in them. Horses don't have to be prue to be worth it. 3. What that horse shows in is between its owner and the site runner. And last. 4. what does the picture matter? I have used pictures that didn't fit before.
Its a SIM its to be fun. We make it what we want and we don't have to form to the thoughts of other.

Hrm. About the real adds, I always find it odd when people have "color issues". I show horses in real life and I always have to remember to shut my mouth when a horse trainer gets a color wrong. For instance I know a very dark bay horse, but he's bay, not black. The trainer insists on calling him black; not dark bay or black bay, but black. Of course I've noticed a lot of people can over look the fact a horse is bay and call it black. Its like they think if they wish it hard enough the horse will really be black. I once saw an add advertising a litter of puppies that were half Australian Cattle Dog and half Queensland Heeler. I still laugh when I think about it. About the cyber thing: A lot of things about cyber showing bothered me when I first joined. I've since loosened up a bit but I can't help but still hold on too some stuff haha. I don't mind horses that are cross bred with lots of different breeds. If a horse is bred for performance then who cares what breeds they are if the parents make better offspring together? Although I have to agree that if a horse couldn't/wouldn't do it in real life I find it annoying to see it online. But like I said theres a few things about simming I haven't gotten used to. I know its common practice to show your horse 30 times or for 6 months (probably atleast 30+ shows) to count for one year. My sister shows maybe 8 times a year (in real life) and its considered a lot. So that irritates me but if I don't show my horses a lot then I'll never be able to compete with other cyber stables. So I agree with Butterfly Wings that its online, and its for fun so its not a big deal but I still have to agree with Shelly at the same time and admit some things are still annoying.

In my opinion, this shouldn't have been posted. It downs a lot of people that don't know much about horses, which I don't really think is right. I've owned horses all my life and I've run into some people who are just starting in the horse industry that need some help. It sounds like is a real life horse owner who needs some help or may have not seen many other grullas around where they're at. When I lived in Michigan, grullas were a little more rare around the area we were in. In the 20 years that I've been in the horse industry, I can count on one hand the number of grullas I've seen and had contact with.
As for the SIM part of this, again I think the post inappropriate. I feel that instead of criticizing we should try to help members out that don't really know. Some people aren't great with genetics so they may not know that black roans are the same as a blue roan. The same goes with the showing...a lot of people may not know that a horse can't show in all of those disciplines. So instead of criticizing try helping them out.
Im sorry Hanna & Sara if Im out of line, I just really find this post to inappropriate. This will be the last time that I post on this message, I just wanted to state my opinion.

I hate to say this. But when you sitting there saying people are stupid. People you don't know It can only be taken one way. You even made a comment about being inbred. Thats wrong. Truthfully I don't think people should talk about other people behind their backs or talk about people they don't know.
Last time I reply to this post or comment on anything so...

Shelly, I understand what you were trying to say, but I do agree that maybe you shouldn't have said it... Some people just have different views on things, and might have taken it all a different way. This could be really offending. It was a bit blunt, but defintly far from the worst "rudeness" I've seen/heard over the years. I mean, have you guys ever read that 'ugly horse' blog or whatever it's called? Anyway, I'm locking this topic because I don't want any arguments arising.
